SkyMate

Components bundled with the SkyMate desktop application, its Microsoft Flight Simulator panel, and its X-Plane plugin, or downloaded by the application on first use.

eSpeak NG (GPLv3). SkyMate bundles unmodified eSpeak NG binaries and data as distributed with Piper and KokoroSharp, used for phonemization. The corresponding source code is available at https://github.com/espeak-ng/espeak-ng.

Voice models. Kokoro voices and the optional German Piper voices are used unmodified. Piper voices are downloaded from the Piper project (rhasspy/piper-voices) when you select them. No endorsement by the licensors is implied.

Wikipedia content. Points of interest, mission descriptions, and some aircraft reference data are drawn from Wikipedia. Text is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 License; images remain under the licenses stated on their Wikimedia pages. Each mission links to its source article.

Map data. Map tiles are © OpenStreetMap contributors and are available under the Open Database License.

SimConnect. The SimConnect client library is part of the Microsoft Flight Simulator SDK and is redistributed under the SDK license terms for use by add-ons.

Built with Llama. Llama 3.2 is licensed under the Llama 3.2 Community License, Copyright © Meta Platforms, Inc. All Rights Reserved. Use of the model is also subject to the Llama 3.2 Acceptable Use Policy.

eSpeak NG (GPLv3). SkyMate Control bundles unmodified eSpeak NG 1.51 binaries and runs them as a separate process for phonemization. The complete corresponding source code is available at https://github.com/espeak-ng/espeak-ng/releases/tag/1.51.

Voice models. Piper voice models are used unmodified, as packaged by the Piper project (rhasspy/piper-voices). Models built from CC BY and CC BY-SA datasets are credited below as those licenses require. No endorsement by the licensors is implied.

OpenFlights data (ODbL). Airline callsign and regional airline data are derived from the OpenFlights database, © OpenFlights.org contributors. The derived databases are made available under the Open Database License 1.0 and ship with the application as plain CSV and JSON files.

Training data. SkyMate Control speech and language models are trained on the ATCOSIM corpus and on synthetic data authored by SkyMate. No simulator data is used for training.

NVIDIA CUDA runtime. These libraries are not distributed by SkyMate. On computers with an NVIDIA GPU they are downloaded at first launch directly from NVIDIA and are governed by the NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit End User License Agreement.
